The 8th Edition of the School will take place in Brixen–Bressanone, Italy, on June 15–20, 2026. A full-week immersion into the science of light, featuring lectures from leading experts across all major areas of photobiology, poster sessions, networking events, and an optional final exam.

The Executive Committee of the European Society for Photobiology (ESP) has decided to waive the submission fee for 2026 to every scientist affiliated with an Ukrainian Institution and having a working address in Ukraine who would like to join the society.
